God, in mummy form, standing upright on a platform, with a long straight beard, wearing a cap, both arms forward, holding a sceptre with a straight shaft, forked bottom, and the vertically oriented head of the Seth animal (S40), of the same size as the god, adorned with an ankh sign (S34) and a djed pillar (R11); placed within the façade of a shrine (O21), itself located inside a larger shrine supported by columns resembling papyrus stems with buds (M13).
